AB CarVal Acquires SolAmerica Energy

Funds managed by AB CarVal Investors L.P. acquired 100% of SolAmerica Energy Holdings, LLC, a developer and EPC provider of distributed solar and energy storage projects. The SolAmerica management team, led by CEO Tully Blalock, will remain in place as AB CarVal provides capital and resources to accelerate the company's project development, construction, and deployment across the U.S.
