Longroad Energy Acquires 98 MWdc Titan Solar Project from Sunpin

Longroad Energy has acquired the 98 MWdc Titan Solar project in Imperial County, California from Sunpin Holdings. Great Bay Renewables provided a royalty investment to finance the deal and Morgan Stanley acted as the tax equity investor; Longroad said the acquisition expands its footprint in the CAISO market and grows its operating solar portfolio.

The projects — including over 7 MW allocated to low- and moderate-income customers in Kilmarnock — are expected to generate about 19,811 MWh annually and mark Standard Solar's entry into Virginia's community solar market.
