The add-on expands Duraco’s coating, in-house adhesive formulation and manufacturing capabilities to better serve high-growth end markets such as health & beauty, flexible packaging, food & beverage and medical.

The undisclosed-value transaction is an add-on that expands Duraco's product offering into specialty films for the flexible packaging market and will keep Filmquest's existing president in place.

Duraco Specialty Materials, a North American specialty materials manufacturer and OpenGate Capital portfolio company, has acquired Strata-Tac, Inc., a St. Charles, Illinois-based maker of custom pressure-sensitive self-adhesive products and top-coated films, from private sellers. The transaction — terms undisclosed — is Duraco's fifth add-on under OpenGate and expands Duraco's coating capabilities and water-based chemistry expertise to better serve end markets such as healthcare, flexible packaging, and OEM.

ISCO Industries Acquires Infinity Plastics

Dura Software Acquires Infinity Software Holdings Ltd

Dura Software, a San Antonio-based acquirer of hyper-niche software companies, has completed the acquisition of Infinity Software Holdings Ltd, a UK provider of interaction management software for contact center environments. The deal, Dura's 15th acquisition, will fold Infinity into its contact-center-focused portfolio with DVSAnalytics (a Dura portfolio company) leading the Infinity team to drive synergies and expand capabilities.
