Dunes Point Capital, LP (via Dunes Point Capital Fund II) made a controlling equity investment in NextGen Security, LLC, an electronic security integration company based in Exton, Pennsylvania. NextGen, which employs approximately 125 people and has facilities in Exton, PA and Houston, TX, provides access control, video surveillance and related security integration services to commercial and industrial clients across the U.S.; M&T Bank provided debt financing for the transaction.

GEV, headquartered in Hessle, East Riding of Yorkshire, is a global specialist in wind turbine rotor blade repair and O&M and will be supported by Certek and GEV management to expand capacity and pursue supply‑chain consolidation; terms were not disclosed.
