The Middleby Corporation has acquired EVO America, Inc., a Portland-area designer and manufacturer of patented ventless cooking equipment for the commercial foodservice market. The acquisition, advised by Auctus Capital Partners, expands Middleby’s ventless cooking product offerings and allows integration of EVO’s technology into Middleby’s global sales and distribution channels; terms were not disclosed.
