The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD) completed the acquisition of Masterbuilt Holdings, LLC — including the Kamado Joe and Masterbuilt residential outdoor brands — and also closed the acquisition of Char-Griller. The additions expand Middleby Residential’s product portfolio and distribution footprint, growing the platform to more than $1 billion in revenues and creating synergies across manufacturing, supply chain and distribution.
