Torch Merges with Everwise to Create Full‑Lifecycle Learning & Development Platform

San Francisco‑based Torch has merged with New York City‑based Everwise to combine Torch’s executive coaching platform with Everwise’s mentoring and social learning capabilities into a single, end‑to‑end leadership learning and development offering operating under the Torch brand. The combined company will deliver coaching, mentoring, facilitated learning and HR tracking at scale to enterprise customers; Everwise co‑founder Colin Schiller and former eBay executive Maynard Webb (board observer) are involved in the transition.

(TSX:LSPK) has completed the acquisition of Montreal-based LIFT Digital Inc., operating as LIFT session, to add on-demand fitness and live workout capabilities to its mental health and total wellbeing SaaS platform. The deal consideration was approximately $15.0 million (about $9.5 million cash and ~550,000 common shares), and LifeSpeak expects the acquisition to enable cross-sell opportunities and accelerate product capability and geographic growth.

Cove Hill Partners Makes Strategic Investment in Encompass Technologies

The deal expands LifeSpeak's behavioral health capabilities and creates cross-sell opportunities between ALAViDA's on-demand SUD platform and LifeSpeak's global mental health and wellbeing customer base.
