LifeSpeak Inc. (TSX: LSPK) has completed its acquisition of Minnesota-based Wellbeats Inc., a market-leading on-demand physical wellbeing SaaS platform. The deal broadens LifeSpeak’s mental-health-focused offering into physical wellbeing, adds 400+ enterprise clients, strengthens its U.S. presence and is expected to contribute to a pro forma ARR of approximately $54.4 million.

The deal expands LifeSpeak's behavioral health capabilities and creates cross-sell opportunities between ALAViDA's on-demand SUD platform and LifeSpeak's global mental health and wellbeing customer base.

LifeSpeak Inc. Acquires Torchlight (EnCompass Education Solutions, Inc.)

LifeSpeak Inc., the Toronto-based mental health and total wellbeing SaaS provider, has completed the acquisition of Boston-area caregiver support platform Torchlight (EnCompass Education Solutions, Inc.). The deal — funded with US$17.25 million in cash plus LifeSpeak shares and potential additional milestone shares — expands LifeSpeak's digital caregiver capabilities and strengthens its presence in the United States while creating cross-sell opportunities across both companies' client bases.

Teladoc Health Acquires UpLift for $30M

Teladoc Health has acquired virtual mental health provider UpLift in an all-cash $30 million deal, with up to $15 million in contingent earnouts. UpLift — which serves the health plan market, covers over 100 million lives and has a network of ~1,500 providers — will be folded into Teladoc's BetterHelp segment to enable insurance-covered mental health services and expand payer-facing capabilities.
