An affiliate of private equity firm American Pacific Group has made a strategic investment in ServerLIFT, a Phoenix-based manufacturer of material handling and lifting equipment for data centers. The investment is being done in partnership with Ray and David Zuckerman and will support accelerated growth, expanded manufacturing capabilities, and next-generation product development.

The acquisition is a strategic add-on to Piab Group that expands its product offering, geographic reach and exposure to end markets such as semiconductors, aerospace and logistics; Alum-a-Lift generated approximately USD 26m in revenue for the 12 months to Dec 2023 and has ~80 employees.
