Keystone Capital Management, L.P. has entered into an investment partnership with Canadian environmental consulting firm Pinchin Ltd. and U.S.-based PM Environmental, LLC to combine capabilities and expand geographic reach across North America. Terms were not disclosed; the deal creates a PE-backed platform aimed at accelerating add-on acquisitions, capability expansion, and broader service coverage for corporate real estate, developers and government clients.

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners Acquires Apex Companies from Sentinel Capital Partners

Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) have acquired Apex Companies, a Rockville, Maryland–based environmental consulting and engineering firm, from Sentinel Capital Partners. Sentinel will retain a minority stake post-closing; financial terms were not disclosed. Apex operates over 1,100 professionals across ~50 offices and provides services in stormwater compliance, water resources, ESG, health & safety, transportation, and civil engineering.

Caymus Equity Partners Acquires Quality Environmental Services

Coalesce Capital Acquires Miller Environmental Group

Miller operates 30 locations across the United States serving over 1,800 customers; Coalesce plans to invest in human capital, technology, and add-on acquisitions to expand the company's branch and facility network.
