Cleveland-based National Safety Apparel (NSA) has acquired Belleville, Illinois–based Rauckman Utility Products (RUP). The purchase brings RUP’s electrical utility tools and avian-protection products into NSA’s portfolio as NSA forms a new Electric Utility Division and will continue RUP’s product development and manufacturing in Belleville.
