The Maven UK Regional Buyout Fund has completed an investment in Pagabo, a UK procurement services specialist, and Sypro, a contract management and compliance software provider. The funding will support the Group’s next stage of growth — scaling the combined procurement and contract-management proposition to capitalise on increased public sector infrastructure spend.
