Mavenir has acquired Telestax Inc., a Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) enablement and application provider, to enhance its Mavenir Engage messaging monetization and customer engagement offering. The deal brings Telestax's CPaaS capabilities and Restcomm API-based tooling into Mavenir's cloud-native, omni-channel messaging portfolio to accelerate SaaS delivery and feature velocity for service providers and enterprises.

NorthEdge said the investment will be used to accelerate Oak Engage’s growth by investing in its commercial team, go-to-market strategy, systems and product capabilities to capitalise on rising demand for employee engagement tools among mid-to-enterprise customers.
