Mavenir Acquires Telestax

Mavenir has acquired Telestax Inc., a Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) enablement and application provider, to enhance its Mavenir Engage messaging monetization and customer engagement offering. The deal brings Telestax's CPaaS capabilities and Restcomm API-based tooling into Mavenir's cloud-native, omni-channel messaging portfolio to accelerate SaaS delivery and feature velocity for service providers and enterprises.
