Tata Communications Acquires 51% Stake in Commotion Inc.

Tata Communications has acquired a 51% majority stake in Commotion Inc., an AI-native enterprise SaaS platform that provides omnichannel CX orchestration, voice AI and autonomous digital agents. The deal (cash-only, via a stock purchase agreement) will integrate Commotion’s orchestration engine into Tata Communications’ Kaleyra Customer Interaction Suite to accelerate AI-driven capabilities across its Digital Fabric offerings.
