Tata Communications Acquires Kaleyra

Tata Communications has completed the acquisition of Kaleyra, Inc., a global CPaaS provider, for approximately $100 million in cash plus assumption of Kaleyra's outstanding debt. Kaleyra and its subsidiaries are now wholly owned by Tata Communications, combining Tata's customer engagement solutions with Kaleyra's communications platform to expand capability in intelligent, multi-channel customer interactions.
