Kaleyra Acquires mGage for $215 Million

Kaleyra, a global cloud communications (CPaaS) provider, agreed to acquire mobile messaging provider mGage from Vivial for approximately $215 million in cash and stock. The deal is intended to scale Kaleyra’s geographic footprint and product capabilities, creating a top-5 global CPaaS platform with a diversified enterprise customer base.
