Mobix Labs Acquires EMI Solutions

Mobix Labs Inc., a fabless semiconductor company based in Irvine, California, signed a definitive agreement to acquire EMI Solutions, an Irvine-based manufacturer of electromagnetic interference (EMI) filtering products for military, aerospace and space applications. The transaction, expected to close in Q4 2022, expands Mobix Labs' product portfolio and customer base in defense and aerospace markets and is expected to be accretive to free cash flow.
