thinQ, a Raleigh-based cloud communications platform (CPaaS), has acquired Denver-based messaging API provider teli and rebranded the combined business as Commio. The deal expands thinQ's messaging capabilities (short/long code, toll-free SMS/MMS) and integrates teli's Messaging APIs with thinQ's Voice APIs to offer a unified CPaaS for SaaS platforms and enterprises.
