Zendesk Acquires Local Measure to Expand Voice and CCaaS Capabilities

Zendesk, Inc. completed its acquisition of Local Measure, an Australian CCaaS and advanced voice solutions provider, integrating Local Measure’s Amazon Connect-based voice capabilities into Zendesk for Contact Center. The move expands Zendesk’s platform into high-volume, enterprise contact center environments and adds AI-driven voice, IVR modernization, and advanced call routing to its product portfolio.

Momentum Telecom Acquires CloudNet Group

Momentum Telecom acquired CloudNet Group, a Phoenix-based communications provider, to strengthen its cloud voice and unified communications market share and broaden its solution portfolio with offerings such as SD-WAN, contact center and vertical go-to-market capabilities. Terms were not disclosed; Bradley Arant Boult Cummings served as legal counsel to Momentum and LoHi Merchant Bank was CloudNet Group’s exclusive investment banker.

LightEdge Acquires Connectria

LightEdge, a GI Partners‑backed provider of secure cloud and colocation services, has agreed to acquire Connectria, a St. Louis‑based multi‑cloud infrastructure and managed hosting provider. The deal adds six data centers to LightEdge’s footprint, expands its public cloud hosting capabilities (IBM, AWS, Azure), and is expected to close before the end of April.
