Cloudli Acquires ConnectMeVoice to Expand U.S. Business Communications Footprint

Montreal-based Cloudli Communications has acquired New Jersey-based ConnectMeVoice, a provider of hosted VoIP, UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. The deal expands Cloudli's presence and product capabilities in the U.S. business communications market and brings ConnectMeVoice's channel-focused Clarity platform and partner relationships into Cloudli's portfolio.

An investor buy-out group led by Win-Light Global (with SriSid LLC and Arumilli LLC) has increased its holdings in ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. and proposed to acquire all remaining shares at $1.60 per share in an investor-led take-private offer valuing the company at roughly $62 million. Following the latest purchase, the Buy-Out Group holds approximately 9.49 million shares (about 24.5% of outstanding shares); ConnectM's board is evaluating the proposal with financial advisor ThinkEquity.

BonLook Acquires EyeMeasure Virtual Optical Measurement App

Montreal-based eyewear retailer BonLook has acquired EyeMeasure, a smartphone application that measures pupillary distance and bifocal segment height and includes virtual try-on and frame digitization features. BonLook will integrate EyeMeasure into its services and offer the app and an SDK to retail partners as part of its technology-driven growth strategy.

The acquisition (terms not disclosed) is intended to accelerate 2Connect’s US market strategy, expand local manufacturing and product capabilities, and preserve CEI’s family-oriented culture.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Connect Tech Inc.

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired 89.99% of Connect Tech Inc. for cash, with potential additional earn-out consideration. Connect Tech will continue operating from its 20,000-square-foot facility in Guelph, Ontario; founder David Worthen remains president and retains the minority stake, and the business (≈65 employees) will support HEICO's capabilities in rugged embedded computing for aerospace, defense, transportation and smart energy markets.
