Montreal-based Cloudli Communications has acquired New Jersey-based ConnectMeVoice, a provider of hosted VoIP, UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. The deal expands Cloudli's presence and product capabilities in the U.S. business communications market and brings ConnectMeVoice's channel-focused Clarity platform and partner relationships into Cloudli's portfolio.

Descartes Systems Group acquired the assets of Localz, a Melbourne-based provider of real-time vehicle tracking and customer engagement SaaS for final-mile deliveries, for approximately US$6.2 million paid from cash on hand. The acquisition adds customer scheduling, real-time tracking and click-and-collect capabilities to Descartes' final-mile delivery solutions to enhance the day-of-service customer experience.

AgEagle Acquires Measure to Expand Drone Software and Autonomous Control Capabilities

(Measure), a provider of the Ground Control cloud-based drone operating system, in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $45 million. The acquisition adds Measure's autonomous flight, fleet-management and analytics software to AgEagle's sensor and drone platform to accelerate the company's push toward end-to-end drone solutions for agriculture, commercial and industrial customers.

Zendesk Acquires Tymeshift

Zendesk has completed the acquisition of Tymeshift, a workforce management solution built on the Zendesk platform, adding native multi-channel WFM, predictive AI forecasting and automatic scheduling to its CX product set. The AI-powered Tymeshift product—already used by more than 350 Zendesk customers—will be integrated into Zendesk to provide real-time scheduling, forecasting and visibility for contact center and multi-channel support teams.

TTEC Acquires VoiceFoundry
