Right Lane Industries Acquires Majority Stake in TerraSource Global from Hillenbrand

Hillenbrand completed the divestiture of its TerraSource Global business, contributing the business to newly formed TerraSource Holdings, LLC. Affiliated companies of Right Lane Industries (RLI) obtained majority ownership and operational control while Hillenbrand received a five‑year note with initial principal of $25.6 million and retained an indirect 49% ownership interest in the new Holdings entity.

Gibraltar Industries Acquires Assets of Delta Separations

Gibraltar Industries acquired the assets of California-based Delta Separations for $50 million in an all-cash transaction that closed on February 13, 2020. Delta Separations, a manufacturer of centrifugal ethanol-based extraction systems serving cannabis, hemp and botanical processors, reported 2019 revenue of $46 million and is expected to be accretive to Gibraltar in 2020.

Terex Corporation Acquires Environmental Solutions Group from Dover Corporation

Terex Corporation completed the all-cash $2.0 billion acquisition of Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) from Dover Corporation, enhancing Terex’s presence in the waste and recycling equipment market. The deal is expected to be EPS-accretive, deliver roughly $25 million of identified synergies by 2026, and broaden Terex's North American revenue exposure.
