Sugar Foods Acquires Concord Foods

Sugar Foods, a Pritzker Private Capital–backed food company, has acquired Concord Foods, adding Concord’s brands and a 255,000 sq. ft. Brockton, Massachusetts facility to Sugar Foods’ North American footprint. Terms were not disclosed; Concord was previously owned by Arbor Investments, its founders and management. The deal is intended to expand Sugar Foods’ capabilities, capacity and product offerings across retail and foodservice channels.
