ACON Investments and affiliates of ACON Latin America Opportunities Fund V, L.P., together with co-investors, acquired an equity stake in Sapore S.A., Brazil’s largest privately‑owned corporate foodservice company. The investment will fund Sapore’s expansion and technology initiatives and support the existing shareholders and management as they prepare the company for a potential IPO.
