Envoy Solutions Acquires Royal Paper Corp

Glenview, Illinois-based Envoy Solutions has acquired Santa Fe Springs, California-based Royal Paper Corp, a national distributor of paper, plastics, cleaning and safety consumables for janitorial and foodservice end markets. The deal expands Envoy Solutions’ national footprint, adds five distribution facilities and strengthens its presence in California and key end markets such as movie theaters, foodservice, retail and education.

Monomoy Capital Partners Acquires Mac Papers, Inc.

Monomoy Capital Partners, a private equity firm, has acquired Mac Papers, Inc., Mac Paper Converters, Inc. and All Square Digital Solutions, Inc., a leading regional distributor of paper, packaging, envelopes and wide-format products headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Mac Papers operates across the Southeastern United States with approximately $600 million in annual sales and roughly 950 employees; Monomoy said it will partner with management to grow the business and advance strategic and operational initiatives.

AmerCareRoyal Acquires Ross & Wallace Paper Products

AmerCareRoyal, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired Ross & Wallace Paper Products, a Hammond, Louisiana manufacturer of paper grocery and merchandise bags. The acquisition — AmerCareRoyal's seventh add-on since HCI's initial investment — closed on September 23, 2021; financial terms were not disclosed.

Atlas Holdings Acquires Crown Paper Group

Sky Island Capital Acquires Pacific Paper Tube Inc

Sky Island Capital, a Dallas-based lower middle market private equity firm, has made a majority investment in Pacific Paper Tube Inc., a Stockton, California-based manufacturer of sustainable paper tubes and cores. The deal establishes Pacific Paper Tube as Sky Island's first platform investment in its second fund and is intended to support geographic expansion, operational growth, and add-on acquisition activity while partnering with the founding Wallace family and management.

PaperWorks Acquires The Standard Group
