JBC Technologies, a River Associates-backed flexible materials converter, has acquired Elk Grove Village, Illinois-based HST Materials, Inc. as an add-on to expand JBC's geographic footprint and augment its converting and die-cutting capabilities, particularly servicing automotive and off-road transportation OEMs and tier suppliers. The deal closed March 31, 2022; terms were not disclosed and the seller was HST's former ownership (Kathy Miller and Eric).
