Skylark Private Equity Partners formed USA Automotive Partners and acquired Caldwell Automotive Partners (CAP Fleet Upfitters), a leading upfitter and dealer of law‑enforcement and government vehicles, to accelerate growth through investments in facilities, talent, and product extensions. In conjunction with the transaction USAAP also acquired Cameron Country (Cameron Dodge/Chrysler dealer) expanding CAP's product line to include Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram pursuit vehicles and supporting a planned new 128,000 sq. ft. production facility to scale upfit capacity.
