(CSSI) and supported CSSI’s acquisition of TaxIncennovations, LLC. The combined platform expands service offerings to include cost segregation studies, R&D tax credits and energy-efficiency tax credit consulting as ACP plans further add-on acquisitions to grow the business.

Skylark Private Equity Partners formed USA Automotive Partners and acquired Caldwell Automotive Partners (CAP Fleet Upfitters), a leading upfitter and dealer of law‑enforcement and government vehicles, to accelerate growth through investments in facilities, talent, and product extensions. In conjunction with the transaction USAAP also acquired Cameron Country (Cameron Dodge/Chrysler dealer) expanding CAP's product line to include Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram pursuit vehicles and supporting a planned new 128,000 sq. ft. production facility to scale upfit capacity.

E78 Partners Acquires Stern Cassello & Associates

Stern Cassello will join E78's Fund Solutions business unit to expand the firm's tax consulting, compliance and fund administration capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

SK Capital Partners Acquires Milestone Environmental Services

SK Capital Partners has acquired a controlling stake in Milestone Environmental Services from Amberjack Capital Partners, with Milestone CEO Gabriel Rio remaining in place and retaining significant ownership. The deal positions SK Capital to grow Milestone’s waste management platform and accelerate its Milestone Carbon subsidiary’s development of permanent carbon sequestration projects in the U.S., particularly in energy and industrial markets.
