IPS Corporation (Centerbridge Portfolio) Acquires OnSite PRO's FloodStop

IPS Corporation, a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners, has acquired the FloodStop product line from OnSite PRO, Inc. FloodStop — a line of point-of-use leak detection and automatic water shut-off devices for residential and light commercial use — will be integrated into IPS' Diversified Products organization and inventoried in IPS distribution centers to expand its product offering and distribution reach.

Pentair Acquires Hydra-Stop from Madison Industries

Pentair plc has completed the acquisition of Hydra-Stop LLC from Madison Industries for approximately $290 million (net ~$240 million after expected tax benefits). Hydra-Stop, a Burr Ridge, Illinois–based provider of specialty insertion valves, line stop fittings and installation equipment serving municipal and water utility customers, will join Pentair Flow’s Commercial and Infrastructure business unit and is expected to generate roughly $50 million of revenue in full-year 2025.

SitePro, an oilfield automation technology provider based in Lubbock, Texas, has acquired Integrated Control Solutions (ICS) to combine complementary automation technologies and managed services for upstream and midstream operators. The deal was financed with a J.P. Morgan debt facility and support from SitePro's existing shareholders, including Cottonwood Venture Partners and several family offices; ICS founders join SitePro's management team and retain ownership in SitePro.
