STOPit Solutions, a provider of safety and wellness software for schools, communities, and workplaces, has acquired PunchAlert, an all-in-one emergency communication and mass-notification platform. The acquisition integrates PunchAlert’s mobile- and browser-based mass-notification technology into STOPit’s 911-Direct Panic Alert System and brings PunchAlert CEO Greg Artzt into STOPit as Chief Product Officer to lead product integration and development.

The deal combines 3t's learning technology and simulation capabilities with ALL STOP!'s practical facilities in Houston and Houma; ALL STOP!'s founder Adam Lee will continue to lead the business. 3t is backed by specialist investor Bluewater and is pursuing rapid international growth supported by recent financing.

FivePoint Solutions Acquires Street Smart LLC

The acquisition will integrate Street Smart's real-time crime mapping, situational bulletins and geo-coded collaboration tools into FivePoint's officer and school safety and data-integration platform to expand capabilities for law enforcement customers.
