SmartBear Acquires Bugsnag

The acquisition extends Tricentis' quality intelligence capabilities across the CI/CD pipeline, and SeaLights' team and technology will be integrated into Tricentis' platform; SeaLights co-founder Eran Sher joins Tricentis as EVP and General Manager, Quality Intelligence.

FivePoint Solutions Acquires Street Smart LLC

The acquisition will integrate Street Smart's real-time crime mapping, situational bulletins and geo-coded collaboration tools into FivePoint's officer and school safety and data-integration platform to expand capabilities for law enforcement customers.
