Agriculture Capital Acquires Firestone Pacific Foods

Agriculture Capital has acquired Firestone Pacific Foods, a frozen fruit processor that operates IQF processing, packing and cold storage facilities. The investment will expand Firestone’s processing and cold storage capacity and help Agriculture Capital build a vertically integrated fruit platform (AC Foods) with access to blueberry farms and private-label, industrial and retail outlets.

Wayne-Sanderson Farms Acquires Harrison Poultry

Wayne-Sanderson Farms has acquired Georgia-based Harrison Poultry in a private transaction effective immediately, transferring all Harrison assets including processing, hatchery, feed mill and transportation operations. The acquisition — part of Wayne-Sanderson's strategic growth initiative — expands its production capacity and product portfolio (including Harrison brands Golden Goodness, Pollo Eldorado and Al Marwah); financial terms were not disclosed.

Peterson Farms Acquires Fresh Innovations from Arable Capital Partners

The deal transfers the family-owned fresh-cut fruit processor (founded by the Rajkovich family) into Arable’s platform to expand Fresh Innovations’ sliced/packaged fruit capacity and distribution to school, retail and foodservice customers across the region.
