FlyUSA has acquired Tampa-based 3B Aviation, expanding FlyUSA's privately managed fleet to 15 aircraft across the Tampa Bay region. 3B Aviation founder Nick Barrows joins FlyUSA as President of Acquisitions and Management; prior to the deal 3B employed about ten pilots and managed 13 aircraft for more than 25 private owners.

BLG Group of Companies Acquires MBM Groups International Ltd and FDS Group

Dubey, has acquired UK-based MBM Groups International Ltd and Germany-based FDS Group in a multi-million (reported) transaction to expand its consulting, technology and industrial capabilities across Europe and Southeast Asia. Dr. Hans Martin Krüger will lead European integration efforts; financial terms were not disclosed.

Luxaviation Group Acquires Paragon Aviation Group

Firan Technology Group Corporation (FTG) has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. under a court-approved plan of arrangement, with closing announced December 20, 2024. The deal, which used a mix of cash and FTG shares as consideration (subject to pro-ration and caps), expands FTG's presence in the commercial aerospace aftermarket and adds FLYHT's SATCOM hardware and data/analytics capabilities to FTG's portfolio.
