Southfield Capital's portfolio company Franchise FastLane has acquired Raintree Franchise Growth, a Denver-based full-service brand development and marketing firm serving franchisors. The deal expands FastLane's franchise development and marketing capabilities and brings Raintree's leadership into the combined organization (Brent Dowling to serve as CMO), with Raintree's owners remaining actively involved post-close.
