Kinderhook Industries Acquires Leonard (LAUB Holdings)

Kinderhook Industries acquired LAUB Holdings, LLC (doing business as Leonard), a leading retailer of truck accessories, trailers, and sheds headquartered in Mount Airy, North Carolina, from Copeley Capital Management. Leonard operates 59 retail locations in the U.S. Southeast, manufactures sheds at its Mount Airy facility and sources trailers via contract manufacturing; financial terms were not disclosed and financing was provided by Twin Brook Capital Partners.

ModuGo (Kinderhook-backed) Acquires Kelcon, LLC

The acquisition is ModuGo's second add-on since its February 2023 recapitalization with Kinderhook and establishes ModuGo's first Northeast branch to support regional growth.

KC Piggyback Holdings Acquires Harbor Division

KC Piggyback Holdings (KCP), a holding company formed by Arc Industries, has acquired the stock of Harbor Division, a Southern California drayage and intermodal equipment storage operator. Coil Partners advised Harbor Division on the sale; the acquisition adds ~27 acres of paved, secure storage and strengthens KCP/Arc’s drayage platform in the Los Angeles / Southern California market.
