The add-on strengthens WWLT’s regional title and settlement services footprint — adding ~70 employees across 13 offices in the greater Philadelphia / New Jersey market to support consolidation and capability expansion.

The transaction provides capital for organic growth and M&A to build a super-regional specialty food distribution platform; financing was provided by a group of credit providers led by Ares and others. Financial terms were not disclosed.

CVC-led Consortium to Combine Worldwide Express and GlobalTranz
