UES, a national engineering and consulting firm, has acquired Stevenson Consulting, a Midlothian, Virginia-based full-service engineering firm specializing in geotechnical engineering, materials testing and inspection, and code compliance. The acquisition expands UES' Mid-Atlantic footprint, adds more than 100 engineering and construction professionals across 10 branch offices, and coincides with founder Chris Stevenson's retirement and leadership transition to Colin Stevenson.

RETL — with more than 85 staff across offices in Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Austin/Round Rock — will continue to be led by co-presidents Roetta and Mark Rock while integrating into UES’s Texas operations.

UES Acquires CSI to Expand Midwest Operations

The acquisition brings CSI into UES's Midwest region to expand services and geographic coverage in Kentucky and Ohio; CSI's leadership will continue to operate day-to-day business.
