LiveU has acquired easylive.io to integrate the browser-based, cloud live-streaming production studio into its end-to-end cloud video workflow. The acquisition expands LiveU’s cloud production capabilities — enabling remote, collaborative mixing, graphics, localization and multi-destination distribution — to better serve broadcasters, sports, enterprise and other live-streaming customers.

Baidu Acquires JOYY's YY Live Business in China

Baidu has acquired JOYY Inc.'s video-based entertainment live streaming business in mainland China (known as YY Live) for approximately US$2.1 billion.
