Flowers & Co., a private investment firm focused on financial services, has acquired Admiral Group’s U.S. motor insurance business—Elephant Insurance Company and Elephant Insurance Services—effective 31 December 2025. Admiral sold the business to focus on opportunities in the UK and continental Europe while J.C. Flowers plans to support Elephant’s growth in the U.S. personal auto market.
