Littlejohn & Co., LLC has acquired Sunbelt Modular, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of commercial modular building solutions, from MSouth Equity Partners. Sunbelt, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, operates 10 facilities with more than 1,300 employees. Marathon Asset Management and Webster Bank provided senior-secured financing to support the acquisition; terms were not disclosed.

MSouth partnered with Catalyst's co-founders to support the company's next phase of growth and expand its capabilities in custom formulation, flavoring and contract manufacturing for sports nutrition, herbal and vitamin brands.

Atlanta-based private equity firm MSouth Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Summit Spine & Joint Centers, a Lawrenceville, Georgia operator of ambulatory surgery centers and pain management clinics. The transaction was executed in partnership with Summit's management team and existing sponsor Fulcrum Equity Partners, with financing provided by Audax Private Debt to support MSouth's investment and growth plans across the Southeast.

The move expands Southeastern's end-to-end offering for brand campaigns, kitting, fulfillment and digital storefront services across retail, healthcare and other enterprise customers.
