AccentCare has acquired Southeastern Health Care at Home, the largest privately‑owned home health services provider in Pennsylvania, from Geneva Glen Capital. Southeastern — headquartered in Bristol, Pennsylvania and operating 12 offices across eastern Pennsylvania and eastern Virginia serving over 3,100 patients — will expand AccentCare's footprint into new Pennsylvania and Virginia markets. Terms were not disclosed.
