Stingray Group Inc. has completed the acquisition of TuneIn Holdings, Inc. for up to US$175 million (US$150 million at closing plus up to US$25 million earnout). The deal strengthens Stingray's position in the global audio market by expanding its reach to TuneIn's listeners and distribution platforms; the acquisition was financed with a US$150 million term loan under Stingray's renewed credit facility.
