Element Materials Technology has acquired Clinimark, a Louisville, Colorado-based specialist in clinical FDA validation testing for vital sign data used in medical devices, home health products, and consumer wearables. The deal adds clinical validation and regulatory testing capabilities to Element’s life sciences and connected technologies offering and expands its service footprint into pulse oximetry and blood pressure validation.
