EMSAR, a portfolio company of Gauge Capital, has acquired Edge Biomedical, LLC, an asset management, compliance and biomedical services provider serving the non-acute healthcare market. The deal adds Edge’s field service capabilities and proprietary eBioTrack asset-management software to EMSAR’s nationwide maintenance and repair platform to expand service offerings and geographic coverage.
