RF Investment Partners has closed a growth capital investment in InterCool USA, LLC to support InterCool’s acquisition of the industrial refrigeration business of Freije RSC and to fund growth initiatives. The capital infusion will help InterCool expand its geographic footprint, increase scale and capture cross-sell opportunities across temperature-controlled warehouse and cold-storage markets.
