CCMP Growth Advisors Acquires Airo Mechanical

CCMP Growth Advisors has acquired Airo Mechanical, a Mooresville, North Carolina-based provider of HVAC and plumbing installation services, from an investor group led by Thomas Investments and Stephens Capital Partners. Management (CEO Matt Baude and CFO Angelia Ryan) will remain significant shareholders and Pete Papagiannis will join the board to advise on growth initiatives as CCMP Growth helps expand Airo's capabilities and geographic footprint across the Southeast.

EVAPCO Acquires Systèmes LMP to Form Evapco Systems LMP

U.S.-based manufacturer EVAPCO has acquired Canadian transcritical CO2 systems maker Systèmes LMP (LMP) and will operate the combined business as Evapco Systems LMP out of Laval, Quebec. The deal combines EVAPCO's ammonia refrigeration capabilities with LMP's CO2 technology to expand EVAPCO's natural refrigerant portfolio and gain entry into supermarket/food-retail and North American CO2 markets; terms were not disclosed.

A&M Capital Partners Acquires Majority Interest in The Arcticom Group

A&M Capital Partners (AMCP), an Alvarez & Marsal Capital-affiliated private equity firm, has acquired a majority interest in The Arcticom Group, a Walnut Creek, California-based provider of mission-critical commercial refrigeration and HVAC services. Arcticom's senior management will remain in place, and AMCP plans to use Arcticom as a platform to pursue add-on acquisitions and expand geographic and end-market presence across North America.

Cold Core Group Acquires Aircor Refrigeration and Arctic Consulting

The acquisition expands Cold Core Group's east‑coast presence and adds specialized industrial refrigeration services, energy management and PSM/RMP compliance consulting capabilities.
