Redstor, a portfolio company of private equity firm Bregal Milestone, has acquired TitanHQ from Livingbridge and merged the businesses to form CyberSentriq, an integrated cybersecurity and data protection platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The combined business aims to drive both organic and inorganic growth and target $100m ARR by 2028, leveraging complementary email/web security and cloud backup capabilities.

DataCore Software Acquires Caringo, Inc.

Smartronix Acquires C2S Consulting Group

The acquisition adds more than 50 technical staff, expands Smartronix's cloud capabilities and client footprint into the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Homeland Security, and places C2SCG leaders into Smartronix leadership roles; financial terms were not disclosed.

Cengage Group Acquires Infosec

The deal brings Infosec into Cengage’s Workforce Skills business to expand its cybersecurity professional training offerings, increase recurring revenue, and reach more learners and enterprise customers; the transaction was expected to close in Q1 2022 subject to customary conditions.

StorCentric Acquires Retrospect, Inc.

The deal expands StorCentric's product portfolio by adding Retrospect's backup and recovery software capabilities for consumers, professionals and SMBs, enabling integrated on-premises and cloud protection.
