The acquisition will integrate ThreatSwitch's compliance and security capabilities into Sign In Solutions' Visitor Management 2.0 (VM 2.0) vision to expand product capability and reduce customer risk across enterprise and defense-related markets.

TPG Acquires Sabre's Hospitality Solutions Business

TPG, through its TPG Capital platform, completed the $1.1 billion acquisition of Hospitality Solutions, a carve-out from Sabre, establishing the business as an independent hospitality technology company.
