Harbour Group, a privately owned operations-focused company based in St. Louis, has acquired DecksDirect, a Minneapolis-based direct-to-job-site e-commerce distributor of premium deck products. DecksDirect founder Blair Budlong will remain CEO; Harbour Group said the acquisition will strengthen DecksDirect's market position and support accelerated growth.
